Perhaps one of the most eagerly-awaited events of the year is the Dramatics Competition that includes both The Inter-House Dramatics and The Annual School play.
As a rule, the play is held during Founders' week in November. Children from the Middle and Senior Schools participate in this grand event. The play - sometimes two short plays - are directed by a professional, thus ensuring a very high standard.
The Hindi and the English Inter-House plays on the other hand, are handled completely by the Senior School children - from script-writing to constructing sets, costume designing and controlling the light and sound effects. This experience hones many skills simultaneously.

Alibaba and the Forty Thieves
