The school's annual music concert and probably one of the most anticipated event, "ENCORE", was successful the third time around.
The event, organized and hosted entirely by the students of Std 11, gives the school's aspiring musicians, singers and dancers a chance to showcase their musical talent.
The concert has raised funds for the two NGO's Yuva and Voice, a record amount of approx 15 lakhs to educate and rehabilitate street children supported by these two organizations.
We were fortunate enough to have the concert sound quality enhanced by a state - of - art sound system generously supplied by Bollywood music gurus Shankar, Ehsan and Loy who were also the chief guests at the concert, and made a special appearance on stage.
The concert was a tribute to Micheal Jackson, which included more bands than ever before, along with a host of solo performances, dances and even a very special dance performance by the children from the NGO - Yuva.
